An article on antiwar.com reports “in a recent issue of The American Conservative… intelligence analyst Philip Giraldi (reports): ‘The Pentagon, acting under instructions from Vice President Dick Cheney’s office, has tasked the United States Strategic Command (STRATCOM) with drawing up a contingency plan to be employed in response to another 9/11-type terrorist attack on the United States. The plan includes a large-scale air assault on Iran employing both conventional and tactical nuclear weapons.. Several senior Air Force officers involved in the planning are reportedly appalled at the implications of what they are doing – that Iran is being set up for an unprovoked nuclear attack – but no one is prepared to damage his career by posing any objections.”

There’s one HUGE problem with this contingency war plan (aside from the total lack of justice and morality): We are creating a tremendous incentive for any nation hostile to Iran to attack America in a false flag operation. This plan could easily invite an attack with a suitcase nuke. Hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans would die followed by millions of innocent Iranians. The most alarming part is that Israel has a long history of carrying out “false flag” operations. Dick Cheney is no fool. He knows what Israel is capable of. By creating a contingency plan to nuke Iran regardless of proof, the Bush administration has given the MOSSAD the green light to nuke an American city.

The most clearly exposed MOSSAD operation was the Lavon Affair. One website notes: “In 1954, Israeli agents working in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including a United States diplomatic facility, and left evidence behind implicating Arabs as the culprits. The ruse would have worked, had not one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to capture and identify one of the bombers, which in turn led to the round up of an Israeli spy ring…”

An ex-MOSSAD agent described how the MOSSAD planted a transmitter in Libya in the 1980s that sent out communications which convinced an American intelligence agency that Libya was sponsoring terrorism. Ronald Reagan ordered a bombing mission against Libya designed to kill Libya’s dictator Muammar Qadhafi. A baby girl who had been adopted by Qadhafi was among 40 Libyans killed in the assassination attempt. One of our F111s was shot down in the attack with two Americans dead. Relations with Libya remained bad for years to follow –all because of a devious operation by Israel, which most Americans are still ignorant of.

In 1967 Israel attacked the USS Liberty, a Navy intelligence ship in international waters in the eastern Mediterranean. 34 Americans were killed and 173 wounded. The officers who survived the attack are certain that the attack was deliberate. The attack was only stopped when the Liberty was able to contact a nearby aircraft carrier on a sixth radio frequency. The five other radio frequencies commonly used were being jammed –presumably by the Israelis. It seems likely the Israelis planned to kill everyone on the Liberty and blame the sinking on the Arabs.

Most recently, Israel was caught red-handed trying to create a phony al Qaeda cell in Palestine. If they would try to set one up in Palestine, how do we know they didn’t set up similar phony cells in Lebanon, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, where the 911 attackers came from? There have been rumors that Jewish employees in the World Trade Center received e-mail warnings to stay away on 9/11. There were Israeli spies posing as art students in the same cities as the 911 attackers and several Israelis suspected of being MOSSAD agents were caught after they filmed the attack on the Towers as it happened. The Israelis clearly knew the 911 attack was going to happen and did not warn us. It will probably take another ten or twenty years for us to find out how big a role the MOSSAD may have played in 911.

Despite the long shady history of the MOSSAD and Israel, the Bush administration is offering up Iran on a silver platter to them. All they have to do is attack America -again- with just enough camouflage so that it’s not obvious who did it.
